Exchange of material for filter systems in water treatment

Depending on operating time and load as well as the filter performance of your system, it may be necessary to replace the filter material.

In connection with the replacement of materials in systems for process water, waste water, drinking water and swimming pool water, we will carry out all work for you as required from emptying to recommissioning your system.

As part of the material exchange, we will do for you:

• Selection/determination of the filter material
• Determination of filling level
• Emptying of filter vessels (systems from all manufacturers)
• Sampling and professional disposal
• Cleaning of filter surfaces
• Inspection of the surface conditions
• Renewing of filter nozzles
• Injection of filter material
• Backwashing of filter layers with removal of undersized particles
• Check of backwashing pattern with filter nozzle protocol
• Commissioning and briefing of the operating personnel
