WBG process layout and equipment design are based on the ‘Elf-Anvar’ process. Oil-loaded recirculation condensates are ‘pre-de-oiled’ before entering the activated carbon filters, thus increasing the service life of the activated carbon bed by a factor of 5-10.

Operation takes place without any additives and consumables at an operating temperature of up to 100 °C. After de-oiling, subsequent treatment takes place in the condensate polishing system.
