Oxygen removal by thermal degasser / vacuum degasser / membrane degasser / catalytic degassing

 

Oxygen has to be removed in the preparation of demineralized water for boiler feed and various other applications.

For the particular needs of large power stations WBG offers design, supply, installation and commissioning of ConCleanPlus®: This includes customized design, delivery, installation and commissioning of corresponding systems for:

• Thermal degasser
  • fixed pressure
  • variable pressure
• Vacuum degasser
• Catalytic degasser
• Membrane degasser

 

For boiler feed water, service water, heating and turbine condensates WBG has executed degassing plants up to capacities of 220 t/h.

For the treatment of effluents from regeneration of ion exchangers in condensate polishing, WBG provides the WBG Thermally driven Ammonia stripping unit.
